How do I get free shipping in the US?
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 in the US! Free shipping will automatically apply once you have reached the required amount.
Help! My candle arrived broken...
We've got you covered. If your candle arrives looking like someone dropped if off of the Empire State Building, please, do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com with a photo of the candle and we'll get another one out to you ASAP.
Help! My candle arrived melted...
It's rare, but still possible in this summer heat. Do not light the candle! We can walk you through fixing it at firstname.lastname@example.org

What if I don't like the scent of my candle?
We will take returns and exchanges on UNLIT candles with shipping at the buyer's expense.
Why is shipping outside of the US so expensive?
We're not sure, and trust us, we wish it wasn't. International shipping prices for our products are the same, sometimes lower, than what the post charges us.
Can I order a custom candle?
Although we love doing custom creations, we are not currently taking any custom orders.
